Full Time Accounting and Office Assistant
ASD Team is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant and Office Assistant to join our team.
This role consists of accounting tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office and assisting employees with tasks. Must be organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities
Enter and process bills and invoices in the accounting system accurately and efficiently
Provide general assistance to all company employees
Record credit card transactions based on receipts that will be turned in
Create reports and track expenses as needed
Communicate with vendors to address delayed payments and/or any other issues
Requirements
2+ years of work experience
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment
Experienced in Quickbooks Online
Detail oriented and excellent organizational skills
Able to work FULL TIME (7:30am - 5:00pm)
Pay
$20-$33/hr
Pay can change based on experience level
