* Gym is surprisingly big and well-equipped for an apartment building.
* The rooftop is my favorite part of the apartment complex. Nice view of Cambridge and very peaceful.
* Quiet and professional neighborhood. Kids park and dog park next door.
* 9 minute walk to MIT and the T.
* Views of open space and Toomey Park.
* Washer and dryer in unit.
* The apartment complex has an underground attached parking garage, so you don't have to go outside! The parking costs extra. There is also plenty of street parking available.
* Tyler (the apartment manager) was always very responsive, and maintenance issues were addressed within 24 hours.
