Great Opportunity - Bike Shop Manager

Looking for an experienced individual with an in-depth knowledge of bicycle technology and a passion for cycling. Previous bike shop experience is required. Management experience a huge plus.

In this job you will Manage day to day bike shop activities, with exceptional leadership and dedication to providing an outstanding retail experience. Provide exceptional sales and service through personalized customer interaction. Cooperatively harness employees' enthusiasm to improve sales and service.

Bike Shop experience required. Management experience preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Interact with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Educate customers about bicycles, E-Bikes, accessories, clothing, and any other cycling-related products or services in the store.
Responsible for driving the sales, energy and productivity of the store.
Manage inventory processes including ordering and receiving.
Organize and merchandise product clearly and creatively.
Train, mentor, and coach employees.
Educate staff regarding company policies and procedures.
Monitor productivity of store and staff.
Other duties as needed.

Requirements

Requirements include but are not limited to:
2+ years of bicycle retail experience.
Experience in sales or business management a plus.
Must have good organizational and communication skills.
Multi-tasking abilities required, to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Enthusiastically embraces the concept of serving the customer and providing an exceptional retail experience.
Should be passionate about cycling and promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Is capable of safely lifting and carrying 70bs on a regular basis, E-bikes can be heavy:)
